Trailer Launch of Sitare Zameen Par

The much-awaited trailer for Aamir Khan's film 'Sitare Zameen Par' has finally been revealed, showcasing a mix of humor and heartfelt moments. After 18 years since his iconic role in 'Taare Zameen Par', Khan steps back into a mentor's shoes, this time as a basketball coach for a team of specially-abled athletes.

With the tagline 'Sabka Apna Apna Normal', the narrative emphasizes that everyone has their unique traits, and there isn't a singular definition of 'normal'. The trailer was shared on social media with the caption, '1 Tingu Basketball Coach, 10 Toofani SITAARE aur unki journey'.

The film, directed by R. S. Prasanna and produced by Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao, also features Genelia D’souza. Serving as a sequel to Khan's 2007 classic, it draws inspiration from the Spanish film 'Champions' and is scheduled for release in theaters on June 20, 2025.

In a previous interview with a media outlet, Aamir described the film as a beautiful story, contrasting it with 'Taare Zameen Par'. He noted, 'While Taare Zameen Par is an emotional film that brings tears, Sitare Zameen Par is designed to evoke laughter; it carries a humorous tone. The underlying theme remains similar, focusing on individuals with varying abilities and challenges, but with a comedic twist.'
