Bengaluru: An Indian girl revealed that she met her boyfriend on Reddit. The excited girl spilled the details of her first date and netizens could not believe the fairytale love story.
In the post titled “Met a guy on Reddit and now he is my boyfriend” that appeared on r/TeenIndia, the girl shared how she came across a stranger, connected with him and soon, it turned into a romantic affair. The teenager stated that they moved their conversation to Instagram. They bonded over their chats online and eventually, decided to meet in person.

She added that the boy got her a picture with a caption that read, “This is how the universe will look at us when I will hold your hands for the first time.” The teenager shared pictures of her in a theatre holding hands with her new boyfriend.
The romantic story captured the internet’s attention. Some expressed their happiness of the young girl, others were keen on knowing how a teenage boy flew to another place just for a date.
Meanwhile, some spoke of how every app and social platform was turning into a dating app.
