Gurgaon: Union minister Rao Inderjit Singh led thousands in a Tiranga Yatra across the streets of Manesar, marking India's recent military achievement in Operation Sindoor. The procession, which began at IMT Chowk, saw participants from all walks of life.
"Operation Sindoor is a testament to our armed forces' valour and strategic excellence," said Singh, addressing the crowd. "The world has witnessed our resolve — any threat to India will be met with swift and decisive action, even if it means crossing the borders," he added.
The rally, also attended by political figures such as MLAs Bimla Chaudhary, Tejpal Tanwar, and Mukesh Sharma, drew participation from local residents, students, and community leaders. The procession wound through Manesar's main arteries, with participants raising patriotic slogans and holding the Tricolour aloft.
"This is a new India — we don't just respond to threats, we neutralise them," he asserted, highlighting the country's enhanced military capabilities. The minister also stressed the importance of national unity in the current global climate, calling for all 1.4 billion Indians to stand united against external threats. He said terrorism and dialouge could not coexist.
