The family of a 19-year-old woman has claimed that staff at Nashik Civil Hospital handed them a girl child instead of the ' baby boy' she had delivered. The alleged mix-up occurred Tuesday night, reports Santosh Sonawane. The family has now decided to file a police complaint against hospital staff. According to Anil Bhadange of Prahar Sangathana , a political outfit that is supporting the family, the hospital records - including the delivery report and the admission card at the SNCU - showed the woman had delivered a male child.
