He was well-known for his robust way of life and his complete commitment to fitness training. The actor appeared in two major films including Salman Khan's Tiger 3 (2023) while becoming a fitness inspiration to people throughout India, through his Instagram account.


What happened to Ghuman

Varinder Singh Ghuman was treated for a bicep injury in Amritsar, through a standard surgical procedure. It was reported to be a standard operation, and his recovery would be swift. However, doctors found him unresponsive during his treatment because he experienced a fatal cardiac arrest which resulted in complete heart failure. The medical team tried to save him but he died at 5:30 PM on October 9 2025, according to reports.
