Anil Sharma on his plan to cast Nana Patekar alongside Sunny Deol in 'Gadar 3': 'We've spoken about it once or twice'

In a recent chat with Lallantop Cinema, Sharma revealed he’s exploring the idea of casting veteran actor Nana Patekar in the next 'Gadar' sequel. While promoting his upcoming film 'Vanvaas' with Patekar, Sharma was asked if he’d considered adding a new character in 'Gadar 3' specifically for him. Sharma confirmed he’s discussed the possibility with Nana, saying, “We’ve spoken about it once or twice.” However, he also noted that the plan isn’t set in stone, adding, “Lekin aise kuch ho paaye ke Nana sir aa paaye 'Gadar 3' mein aur aisa kuch character ban jaaye toh bohot hi acchi baat ho.” (If things work out and Nana sir joins 'Gadar 3', it would be a great addition). Anil Sharma’s recent family drama 'Vanvaas' stars his son Utkarsh Sharma in the lead role alongside Nana Patekar.
