Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 2 Result announced: Overall pass rate 31.27%, check details for revaluation and exam 3 here

The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board ( KSEAB ) has announced the result for 2nd PUC exam 2 today, May 16, 2025. Students who appeared for the exam 2 can check and download their results from the board’s official website, karresults.nic.in . This year, the Karnataka 2nd PUC exam 2 was conducted from April 24 to May 8, 2025 in 332 centres across the state.

A total of 1,94,077 students appeared for the improvement exam 2. Out of these, 60,692 have passed, marking the overall pass percentage at 31.27. Girls have performed better than boys, obtaining a pass rate of 36.38%. Meanwhile, the pass percentage for boys is recorded at 34.34%. Arts stream has recorded the lowest pass rate of 25.38%. Students who are not satisfied with their exam 2 results can apply for revaluation at the board’s official website.
Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 2 Stream Wise Result 2025The stream wise performance of students in Karnataka 2nd PUC exam 2 is provided in the table below. While students from Commerce stream have performed the best, Arts stream has obtained the lowest pass rate.

Gender wise Karnataka 2nd PUC exam 2 result 2025This year, a total of 69,263 female students appeared for the Karnataka 2nd PUC exam 2. Out of these, 25,197 have successfully passed. Meanwhile, 84,357 boys appeared, and a total of 28,971 have passed in exam 2. Gender wise pass rate is here:

Revaluation of Karnataka 2nd PUC exam 2 resultsStudents who are not satisfied with their exam 2 results can apply for revaluation of their answer sheets online. The revaluation process is done in two steps: obtaining scanned copy of answer sheet, and application for revaluation. Check dates for both the steps below:

• Apply for scanned copy of answer scripts: May 16 to 22, 2025
  
• Download scanned copy of answer scripts: May 20 to 24, 2025
  
• Apply for revaluation and retotalling (only for those who applied for scan copy): May 21 to 25, 2025

The application fee for obtaining the scanned copy of answer sheets is Rs. 530 per subject, while the fee for revaluation is Rs. 1,670.
Karnataka 2nd PUC exam 3 registration Students who wish to appear for the Karnataka 2nd PUC exam 3 do not have to wait for revaluation results. Students can register for exam-3 from May 16 to May 26, 2025 in their respective colleges. The application fee for exam 3 is provided below:

• Per Subject (For first time): Rs. 175
  
• Per Subject (For second time): Rs. 350

The Karnataka 2nd PUC exam 3 will be conducted from June 9 to June 20, 2025 across the state.
