  • Financial Proof: Applicants need at least SEK 13,000 per month of stay. Funds for return travel are also required.
  • Health Insurance: Coverage must include urgent care, hospitalisation, dental emergencies, and repatriation.
  • Location: Must apply from outside Sweden.
  • Documents: All documents must be translated into English or Swedish and certified. Powers of attorney allow authorities to verify educational credentials.
