CHENNAI: Aptus Value Housing Finance posted 22% growth in profit after tax (PAT) at Rs 182 crore in the quarter ended Sept 30, 2024 against Rs 148 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Its disbursement rose to Rs 935 crore, which is 26% YoY jump over Rs 745 crore in the year-ago quarter.
However, the gross NPA marginally increased to 1.25% in Q2 FY25 against 1.19% during Q2 FY24.
“Our GNPA improved as compared to the previous quarter," P Balaji, managing director, Aptus Value Housing Finance, said in a statement.
The GNPA was at 1.3% in Q1 FY25. The assets under management (AUM) stood at Rs 9,679 crore as on Sept 30, 2024.
