Coimbatore: The 14th edition of Build Intec 2025, a building and construction trade fair organised by the Codissia Intec Technology Centre, will be held in Coimbatore from April 18 to 21.
Addressing reporters on Wednesday, Build Intec 2025 chairman I Gnanavallal said the event, to be held in the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex, would feature more than 250 exhibitors and more than 350 stalls.
Participants from states like Maharashtra, Haryana, Karnataka, Delhi and Gujarat will showcase innovations in architecture, construction, engineering, building materials and allied sectors.
The highlights of the fair include portable containers, fibreglass rebars and profiles (a rust-free, smart alternative to conventional construction materials), tiny houses, plastic centring panels, smart toilets, automated rainwater harvesting systems and displays of heavy construction machinery and water technologies.
"We expect business worth ₹200 crore this year," Gnanavallal said.
Business visitors can register online at http://visitor.codissia.com or on-site by producing a business or company card. The entry fee is ₹50 per person for general visitors.
The fair, to be inaugurated by district collector Pavankumar G Giriyappanavar, will be open from 10 am to 6 pm on all four days.
