It promises to rebuild collagen and repair elastin. It also increases circulation, eliminates toxins, and eases facial tension. There are similar beauty tools on the market at varying price points. Magnitone's is on offer at LookFantastic for £54, down from £90.
Its non-invasive microcurrents are designed to encourage firmer-looking skin with consistent use. The tool also comes with an accompanying face gel. At the higher end of the market is CurrentBody's Skin Tightening Device costs £299 and is described as a 'non-invasive facelift alternative', said to help tighten loose, saggy skin with consistent use.
tool has a five-out-of-five-star customer satisfaction rating with Face The Future shoppers. One customer wrote: "Having used other microcurrent devices, I thought I would give this a go.
"The design is lovely, and it's easy to use. I haven't downloaded the app, which I don't feel is absolutely necessary. Overall, I am very pleased so far and may order others in the range."
A second said: "I read the information booklet, which is recommended before use, but I found the device really easy to use. Turning it on by pressing the main button, you can change the intensity by pressing the other two buttons.
