But the has received a 4.3-star rating from Amazon customers, while Argos shoppers have given it an impressive 4.8 stars. One satisfied customer said: "Amazing value, packed with features. I bought this as a replacement for a Samsung which was five years old. The difference in picture quality blows my mind. This has the picture quality and features of ones that are double its price. This is my second Hisense now, and I can't imagine buying any other brand; the value for money is just outstanding. It's also great if you are a gamer, as it has HDMI 2.1 ports. My PS5 games have never looked so good."
Another said: "The picture is fantastic, build quality is excellent. The software is also pretty decent - good enough that we haven't bothered to plug in our Fire TV stick again. Local dimming seems to work well, I don't actually notice when it's happening but the blacks look very black indeed. I think you'd have a very hard time finding a better TV than this at the price point."
A third reviewer said: "Incredible picture quality - a stunning TV for the price. The Hisense is absolutely fantastic. The picture quality is stunning, with vibrant colours, deep blacks and smooth motion. The Mini-LED technology really makes a difference, providing exceptional brightness and contrast. The TV is also very sleek and looks great in my movie room. As with most TVs these days, the built-in speaker is fine for general TV viewing, but as avid movie watchers, we paired this with a Samsung 9.1. 4ch soundbar system."
One customer didn't have a fantastic expereince, explaining: "The TV seemed great - no issues at all until about 2 months after I purchased it. Now, every week or two, it will freeze."
