Emergency services were called to Ormiston Cliff Park Primary Academy in Orde Avenue in Gorleston at 1.20pm today (July 18). All pupils are out of the school, according to Norfolk Police. Kennedy Road and Bridge Road in the area have been closed.
The blaze has been extinguished and is now being dampened down. Fire crews will remain on the scene and an investigation has been started into the cause.
