audiences were utterly stunned when the legendary Davina McCall made a surprise cameo during a magic act.
The hit ITV show sparked excitement this weekend with its fourth semi-final instalment. The previous week's revelry had secured singers Jasmine Rice and dance troupe Pong Pang a coveted spot in the hotly-anticipated final.
Sunday (May 18) saw a fresh cohort of hopefuls dazzle the judges - Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and Bruno Tonioli - alongside the live audience and millions at home, all vying for a chance to feature in the grand finale.
With eyes set on the prize, contenders such as the humorous Joseph Charm, the melodious Max Fox, and the spirited dance collective Obsequious took centre stage. Yet, it was magician TK Magic who caused a stir with a routine that left viewers split.
Amid his performance, Amanda Holden was asked to choose a digit between one to six, to which she responded with 'six'. TK Magic then presented a predicted list of contacts from her phonebook, intriguingly pairing Davina McCall's name with the selected number, reports Belfast Live.
What followed was an unexpected twist, as Amanda was prompted to video call Davina McCall, with TK Magic confidently assuring her presence on the other end.
True to his word, Davina answered, astonishing everyone present. An excited Amanda exclaimed: "There she is!" revealing Davina on her screen before affectionately saying, "Hello gorgeous girl!"
After introducing himself to Davina, TK Magic proceeded with his act - with Davina's assistance. However, disgruntled BGT fans couldn't help but suspect the act was staged, as it entirely hinged on Davina answering the call.

On X, one individual raged: "What an amazing coincidence Davina was all dressed, with her hair and makeup done for a surprise call on a Sunday night! ! ! !" Another person remarked: "This is painfully staged."
A third individual declared: "What are the chances that the magician TK got Amanda Holden to phone her best mate, that she went to visit after a surgery, AT RANDOM, to participate in the magic act. Sitting in her dressing room all dolled up, by chance. Sack this s**t off, and those that believe it."
Another person added: "Davina sat with a full face of makeup and hair done as well as being dressed up and chilling in a chair almost waiting for that call on a Sunday night is a bit suspicious."
Britain's Got Talent continues every Saturday at 7:00pm on ITV1.
