Prime Minister Narendra Modi met with Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Saini to congratulate him on leading the BJP to a historic victory in the Assembly elections. The meeting took place after the BJP secured its third consecutive government in Haryana by winning 48 out of 90 seats.

In a post on X, PM Modi expressed his confidence in Haryana's growing importance in India's development, stating, "I met Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini ji and congratulated and wished him for the historic victory of BJP in the assembly elections."

Chief Minister Saini acknowledged PM Modi's leadership as a key factor in the BJP's electoral success. He remarked, "The credit for this huge victory goes to PM Modi, who has implemented policies and schemes over the last 10 years that have benefited the poor, farmers, youth, and women. His schemes cater to every section of society. This victory is a result of the PM's policies and the love and affection from the people of Haryana. I thank the people of Haryana and the party workers."

In addition to the celebrations, PM Modi criticized the Congress party for its complaint to the Election Commission regarding delays in election result updates. He accused Congress of attempting to undermine various institutions, saying, "Whether it is the Election Commission, the police, or the judiciary, Congress wants to tarnish every institution. They have a history of creating disturbances before election results and misleading the public."

The BJP's success in Haryana marks a significant milestone, and the party's leaders are optimistic about the future under CM Saini's administration.
