BREAKING! Fire Erupts at Tata Electronics Factory in Hosur

A major fire broke out at the Tata Electronics manufacturing unit located in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, causing thick smoke to fill the area and leading to panic among workers and nearby residents. Seven fire tenders were dispatched to the scene to help evacuate all employees safely. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported at this time.

Approximately 1,500 workers were on duty during the first shift when the fire started. The exact cause of the fire is currently unknown.

A spokesperson for Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) said, "There has been an unfortunate incident of fire at our plant in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. Our emergency protocols ensured that all our employees are safe. The cause of the fire is under investigation, and we will take necessary actions to safeguard the interests of our employees and other stakeholders."

In addition, police officials reported that three employees with respiratory issues were taken to a private hospital but are in stable condition. Over 100 police personnel were deployed to ensure the safety of all employees and facilitate the evacuation.

The company, which manufactures various accessories for the iPhone, employs around 4,500 people and operates continuously on more than 500 acres of land.
