"It's been the most incredible journey spending my twenties on screen filled with unforgettable memories and truly special people who've become part of my life.

"I always promised myself that when I reached 30 (which is just around the corner), I'd step away to focus on building a more personal, calm and drama-free life."
He continued: "That said, I'll always hold so much love for the show and everything it's brought me over the years.
"Thank you for the endless support you've made this experience what it is. I hope you'll stay with me for everything that's to come in this next chapter."
Beyond MIC, Miles has featured on Dancing on Ice plus Celebs Go Dating.
Miles initially revealed he was reconsidering his reality TV future back in November 2024 and announced his choice in a YouTube clip earlier this summer.
Miles informed supporters that he was "done with Chelsea forever" after allegedly withdrawing from a widely speculated Love Island USA appearance earlier this year.
The surprising admission came during a chat with David 'Temps' Templer, when Miles confessed to his best mate: "I'm just done with TV for a while. I'm done with Chelsea forever, but I'm done with just TV for a little bit before we start going back into it."
MIC recently kicked off its 30th series, and it's already heating up as half the cast are in London, celebrating Paris Smith's birthday, whilst the other half are living the high life in Thailand.
As the group attempted to enjoy the Full Moon Party, Tristan Phipp's ex Molly Paradice made an appearance, leaving his current flame Jules Pollard seething.
