Shocking! Stepdad Arrested For Raping 9-Year-Old Girl In MP's Morena

Morena (Madhya Pradesh): A man was arrested for allegedly raping his 9-year-old stepdaughter in Madhya Pradesh's Morena on Thursday. The victim's mother, grandmother, and maternal uncle lodged a police complaint against the accused.

The incident was reported at the Banamour police station area, and the accused was booked under the POCSO Act.

Victim reveals accused stepdad sexually assaulted her earlier as well

According to information, the little girl's father died a few years ago due to a snake bite. Her mother worked as a labourer at a factory to earn a livelihood. She met a young man who also worked as a labourer in the same unit. The duo developed a friendship and decided to marry.

According to the innocent girl, they all lived in a rented house. The man, drunk, barged in the 9-year-old girl's room and started touching her inappropriately. As she cried, her mother woke up and saved her daughter. The victim girl told that it was not the first time, the stepfather sexually assaulted her multiple times in the past when her mother was away.

The victim's mother lodged a complaint against the accused. After the complaint, the police registered a case against the accused father under the POCSO Act and rape sections and arrested him.
