Ingredients:
For making the dough
Two cups of refined flour

Salt according to taste
One teaspoon of oil
Water as needed
For stuffing
200 grams of paneer (grated)
One onion (finely chopped)
Green chilli (finely chopped)
One carrot (grated)
One cup of cabbage (finely chopped)
One teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste
One teaspoon of soya sauce
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Salt according to taste
One tablespoon of oil
Method:
First of all, mix refined flour, salt, and oil, and knead a soft dough with water.
Keep it covered for 20 minutes.
Now, heat oil in a pan.
Add onion, green chilli, and ginger-garlic paste and fry it.
Now add carrot, cabbage and stir for two to three minutes.
Add soya sauce, black pepper and salt and mix well.

Turn off the gas and add grated paneer and mix well.
After this, make small balls of dough and roll them into thin puri.
Put one or two spoons of stuffing in the middle and fold the edges to give it the shape of momos.
Place the momos in a steamer or idli cooker and steam for 10 to 12 minutes.
Your paneer momos are ready.
Serve hot paneer momos with red spicy chutney or mayo sauce.
