Prices for the Dark Edition range start from Rs 8.38 lakh, ex-showroom.
Citroen C3, Aircross, and Basalt Dark Editions: What’s new
Leading the lineup is the C3 Dark Edition, based on the Shine trim, priced at Rs 8.38 lakh. It now sports a Perla Nera Black exterior with dark chrome Citroen logos and badges. On the inside, the cabin gets a more premium feel thanks to leatherette accents with red stitching, gloss black detailing around the gear lever and AC vents, and new ambient and footwell lighting.
Next up is the Aircross Dark Edition, priced at Rs 13.13 lakh. Based on the Max trim, it brings the same blacked-out styling cues, along with Lava Red highlights inside the cabin. It features leatherette-wrapped seats and door armrests, a high-gloss black gear lever bezel, and other small upgrades like illuminated sill plates and seatbelt cushions.
The new Basalt coupe-SUV also makes its debut in Dark Edition form, launched at Rs 12.80 lakh. The Basalt Dark Edition shares its cosmetic enhancements with the Aircross, including the dark chrome grille, carbon black dashboard, and red-stitched leatherette seats. The first unit of the Basalt Dark Edition has already been delivered to cricketing icon Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
All three models retain their existing powertrains. The Aircross and Basalt continue with the 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine. These limited-run editions come at an incremental cost starting from just Rs 19,500, depending on the model. The Dark Editions are now available across Citroen dealerships in India in limited numbers.
