These individuals will be equipped with both theoretical and practical knowledge to take up government construction and development projects independently.

To be eligible for this scheme, candidates must:

Be between 18 and 40 years of age.

Hold a B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Engineering.

Be listed in the Common Entrance Test (CET) merit list for Group C and D posts in Haryana.

Possess a valid PPP (Parivar Pehchan Patra) ID.

Be a permanent resident of Haryana.

During training, participants must register their firm with PAN, TAN, GST, and TIN.

Post-training, these firms will be listed on the Haryana Engineering Works Portal.

Certified contractors will then become eligible for projects with a contract value of up to ₹25 lakh.

The total cost of the 3-month training is ₹26,000 per candidate.

Families earning less than ₹3 lakh/year will receive a full fee waiver.

Those with income between ₹3 lakh and ₹6 lakh/year will get 50% concession.

Candidates from families earning above ₹6 lakh/year must pay the full fee.
