Prince William demonstrated his thorough footballing knowledge, analysing PSG's strategies and dissecting their recent win against Liverpool, not to mention his sharp observations on Villa boss Unai Emery's coaching approach.
During an interview alongside Rio Ferdinand and Ally McCoist, Ferdinand joked: "Can I just say something? Do not go for a punditry job please - because I could be out of a job!"
Villa face Newcastle in the Premier League on April 19, to be shown on Sky Sports, before heading to Wembley for their FA Cup semi-final versus Crystal Palace, broadcast on the BBC, on April 26.

It will be interesting to see if the Villans' Royal support will make an appearance for either broadcaster, or if he should return to TNT for Villa's return leg against PSG, on Tuesday (April 15)
After seeing the six-minute preview of Wednesday's match against PSG, almost a million fans tuned in within the first 24 hours to hear William's detailed breakdown of Unai Emery's training ground tactics at Aston Villa on TNT's page on X. The Royal insights and strategic analysis quickly became a hit among the supporters.
A Royal source shared: "Prince William absolutely loved the experience and would 100% be up for doing it again. He is a passionate football fan and has really enjoyed following Aston Villa's success this season.
"He's definitely hoping some of their good fortune rubs off on the England team for their remaining World Cup qualifiers. William believes the beautiful game has the power to bring communities together and is really pleased his appearance has had such a positive reaction."

The social media reaction was overwhelmingly positive too, with one X user commenting: "William speaks extremely well here. I knew he supported Villa, I didn't realise quite how much he actually loved the game until watching that. Top man."
Others joined in the praise, as one user remarked: "Prince William is a really good pundit, he is articulate, intelligent and really knowledgeable about football," while another marvelled, "Jeez! Never thought I'd hear Prince William talk so thoughtfully about football with knowledge of the game and tactics. Very cool!".
Prince William, a long-time Aston Villa supporter, once shared: "A long time ago at school, I got into football, big time", he explained his choice of club, saying, "I was looking around for a club to support, and all my friends at school were either Manchester United fans or Chelsea fans.
"I didn't want to follow the run-of-the-mill teams, I wanted to have a team that was more mid-table, that could give me the more emotional rollercoaster moments."
The Prince humorously reflected on Villa's inconsistent form, stating: "To be honest, now, looking back, that was a bad idea - I could have had an easier time!".
He also spoke about his love for the "camaraderie" of the Villa fans, adding: "Aston Villa has always had a great history. I've got friends who support Aston Villa and one of the first FA Cup games I went to was Bolton versus Aston Villa, it was a semi-final.
"It was fantastic, I sat with all the fans with my red beanie on, and I was sat with all the Brummie fans and had a great time. It was the atmosphere, the camaraderie, and I really felt that there was something I could connect with."
An industry insider revealed that broadcasters at TNT were thrilled with how the segment featuring the Prince of Wales, who is also patron of the Football Association, McCoist and England and Ferdinand played out.
An insider revealed: "The producers at TNT were over the moon with the segment and the incredible reaction and would love to have him back."
However, Kensington Palace has chosen not to comment on the Prince's future plans.
