said she is "still so tender" in an honest post-partum update just 10 days after giving birth to her son Landon.
The former and star announced she and fiancé Oliver Burke had a baby boy on Monday, October 7.
Since then, 32-year-old Megan has kept it real with her 2.9m fans, documenting the ups and downs of being a postpartum mother. In her latest Story, the new mum shared a side-on photo of her with her tiny baby resting over a shoulder.
She explained she feels like she still looks "six months pregnant", writing: "Still seriously swollen from the c section and look 6 months pregnant. My scar is healing nicely though and the swelling of my feet have gone down. Easier to sit up and down now but still so tender. Let’s put it this way, if I’m not on the meds it’s not fun. Back to the sofa for me in my throw away nappy."
Megan and footballer Oliver got engaged after five months of dating, having first been spotted together in February 2023. Announcing the couples' engagement, Megan wrote on Instagram: "YES YES YES a thousand times YES. You have opened up a I never thought was possible. I love you Oliver Burke… here’s to forever my future husband."
The pair recently revealed they were moving overseas, after Oliver signed for German Bundesliga club Werder Bremen.
The star told her Instagram followers: "Guess what? I'm moving to Germany! I know I did some stories yesterday about packing, and a few of you thought I was going into labour, no, but let's hope I don't go into labour as I am now giving birth in Germany."
She added: "Ollie is in Germany and all of our stuff has been in storage for a couple of months."
Megan, who is diagnosed with PCOS, said the couple underwent IVF as they tried to conceive naturally, but it didn't happen for them.
She posted about her new baby and her newborn bubble last week. Lounging on a couch in their fancy German home, she sang to Landon, telling her fans: "This is what our day looked like (for an hour) Even on tiny sleep I love singing to you my little Landon... he's struggled with his tummy today, the milk coming in is a lot on his baby belly and he's been in a pickle bless him. I never thought I'd be so happy to hear a burp or be puked on. Haha."
She added: "We had a better sleep night last night tho, feeding is so full on but I love it so much. Nothing can beat the feeling of him looking up at you. Anytime he can't settle, singing does the trick. Just need to learn the lullaby's again, I keep getting mind block. Also, the smile at the end.... I can't cope."
