With 24 years of marriage and five children under their belt, clearly know what it takes to build a successful marriage.
But the TV chef, 49, who made himself a household name as The Naked Chef, made a shocking admission of sometimes feeling "lonely." The couple renewed their vows on their 24th anniversary earlier this year and have always appeared stronger than ever.
But while on the Newlyweds podcast hosted by and his wife Sophie, both Jamie and Jools were candid about their marriage - warts and all. His admission of feeling "lonely sometimes" came after Jamie was asked the secret to a happy marriage.
In response, he said: "There's sometimes, like a month and a half, were you don't quite like each other very much." And it was at this point, jumped in and said she argues with Jamie after building it up over months. But claims she finds it healthy.

She added: "Every three months you have this thing were I think 'oh I really don't like you' then I build it up to something that isn't even necessary. And then [I'm] over that bit [and] we're back on and all in love again." However, the mum of five firmly believes that's the key to a happy marriage.
She continued: "I think it's really important that we argue in a relationship." But that's not the only thing the globally renowned chef opened up about - it was also Jools' inability to give him a loving hug. He claimed she tends to pull away sooner than he'd like, which is something the host seemed to be able to relate to.
As the clip was posted on TikTok, it left it open for fans to comment and it wasn't good as many believed Jamie looked "sick of life." One person said: "Jamie Oliver looks sick of his life with her, like desperately sick of his life." Another person added: "I don't think I've ever felt that way, 17 years in."
But the sentiment wasn't shared as a third person penned: "This is so true and no one ever admits it Everyone looks all happy on social media but I bet the majority of people argue in relationships you just would never know, so don't compare yours to others."
In June, Jamie and Jools renewed their vows and celebrated their 24th wedding anniversary in Las Vegas. Dressed casually, Jamie donned a blue suit with his hair slicked back similar to Elvis. Meanwhile, Jools wore a cream coloured crochet top teamed with a pair of jeans and sand coloured boots.
In one picture, they were pictured posing on the alter of the wedding chapel. Sharing the pictures to social media, Jamie said: "Happy 24th wedding anniversary. 24 years!!! Love you - Las vagus baby!! big love really good fun, jamie xxx."
And Jools said: "Happy 24 crazy married years together. I love you so much, thank you for indulging my LOVE for Elvis. I know this marriage has ‘3 people in it... but you get me like NO other! "Just you wait and see what I have planned for our 25th." The couple have five children together Poppy, 21, Daisy, 20, Petal, 14, Buddy, 12, and River, eight.
