Amazon offers surprise reason to ditch your Fire TV Stick, Echo and Kindle this week

Amazon recently confirmed that it's holding a major sale event on October 8 with huge discounts expected across a swathe of products. Now, in a surprise twist, the online retailer has started slashing costs ahead of the main event and it's good news if you are in need of a new Echo, Fire TV Stick or Kindle.

All of these popular Amazon-branded products have been reduced with some now cheaper than they have ever been before.

For example, there's a whopping 62% off the Fire TV Stick which drops this famous streaming stick down to just £16.99. If it's an Echo you are after then there's 58% off the Echo Dot or 44% off the very latest Echo Spot with screen.
